Water Cooler
The cooler bottom was created with 3/4 birch covered in laser-cut masonite.

The top of the cooler was created by first sculpting the form out of chavant clay and then creating a silicone mold from the sculpt.

The mold was cast in plastic, painted, and then vacuformed over.

Vacuum Cleaner
The vacuum was mocked up in cardboard to check the size before being carved into polyurethane foam.

The hinge was created by carving the pieces to fit together and then drilling a hole into the top and bottom parts. A brass tube was then inserted to connect the two pieces.

The bottom vacuum piece was vacuformed over so a light could be installed through the bottom.

The handle was made with propoxy sculpted over a brass tube.
